Sagitta Support: LOBs and Auto IDs

The below information details the Lines of Business and Auto ID cards that are currently supported as part of the Sagitta/InsurLink integration. These lists are expected to change over time, so be sure to check this Help file whenever you have questions on which LOBs and Auto IDs are supported.

Policy summaries in InsurLink are available for policies with the following Lines of Business:

  • Homeowners

  • Private passenger auto (personal auto)

  • Commercial property

  • Commercial auto

  • General liability

  • Commercial umbrella

  • Personal umbrella

  • Workers comp

The Line of Business of a policy will be determined by the ACORD Line of Business associated with the Sagitta Coverage code. If the policy is not one of the listed Lines of Business supported for Policy Summary, it will be considered a Generic Line of Business, and will not have a Policy Summary available at this time.

 

For any unsupported Lines of Business, you can upload a Policy Summary printed in Sagitta to the Documents section. Refer to the How to Link a Policy Declaration to a Policy in the Sagitta and InsurLink Guide for more details.

Auto ID cards can be generated through InsurLink for a vehicle on a policy in the Policies tab.

The Auto ID cards will not be a reprint of existing cards in Sagitta. Instead, InsurLink will issue a new card based upon the Registered State of the vehicle, regardless of the Auto ID card chosen in Sagitta. The following state-specific cards will be printed based on the Registered State of the vehicle:

  • ACORD 50 AR (2007/10) - Arkansas Proof of Insurance Card
  • ACORD 50 AZ (2012/08) - Arizona Insurance Identification Card
  • ACORD 50 CA (2004/07) - California Insurance Identification Card
  • ACORD 52 CA (2007/07) - California Fleet Auto Insurance Identification Card
  • ACORD 50 CT (2009/01) - Connecticut Insurance Identification Card
  • ACORD 50 FL (2009/07) - Florida Personal Auto Insurance Identification Card
  • ACORD 51 FL (2009/07) - Florida Commercial Auto Insurance Identification Card
  • ACORD 50 GA (2008/11) - Georgia Insurance Policy Information Card
  • ACORD 50 HI (2008/01) - Hawaii Auto ID Card
  • ACORD 50 IA (2007/08) - Iowa Financial Responsibility Card
  • ACORD 50 IL (2007/03) - Illinois Insurance Identification Card
  • ACORD 50 IN (2007/11) - Indiana Insurance Identification Card
  • ACORD 50 KY (2006/01) - Commonwealth of Kentucky Proof of Insurance (2 part)
  • ACORD 50 LA (2008/03) - Louisiana Auto ID Card
  • ACORD 50 MI (2010/08) - State of Michigan Certificate of No-Fault Insurance

If your state ID Card is not currently supported, InsurLink will default to the Generic ACORD 50.

 

Some companies are sending policy updates via Sagitta’s Company Download for policies with vehicles without sending Registered State for those vehicles. In InsurLink, an error displays and the card will not generate for these vehicles. We are working with the companies that we have identified to date as omitting this data, to start sending it.
