Certified Applications

This topic provides information about technology products that have been certified by Vertafore, Inc. as being compatible with the Agency Information Manager (AIM) programs. When a product has been certified, this means that the AIM team has reviewed the product and found it in compliance with Vertafore standards and determined that it will work well with the product.

Vertafore has certified applications in these categories as compatible with the AIM programs:

  • Database Management Systems
  • Certified Operating Systems
  • Third Party Applications

It is important to note that the certification dates noted in the information that follows are dependent on the availability of resources (both Vertafore and non-Vertafore) to conduct the reviews and address any identified issues.

  • SQL Server 2019 (AIM Applications v. 2020 Release or higher)

  • SQL Server 2022 (AIM Applications v. 2025 Release or higher)

In terms of cross-product support for ImageRight, users can assume that a new version of AIM is tested with the most current version of ImageRight at that time, plus the previous version of ImageRight. Those two versions of ImageRight are the only two that users can assume are supported by AIM.

Vertafore only certifies Microsoft Windows operating systems as compatible with the AIM Product Suite. The compatibility of individual service packs is not certified.

Microsoft Office 365 (Click to Run) is not certified by Vertafore Q/A processes, but is still supported should you run into any issues with client applications.

Office 365 (64-bit) was tested using Version 2208 (Build 16.0.15601.20038). Any Microsoft updates applied later than this version might cause unintended results. If you encounter issues after applying updates, the only workaround is to revert to the aforementioned version.
