The DocManagement menu contains the following items to help you manage and track the documents within your agency.

Check Out Status

Use the Doc360 Check Out Status data entry form to keep track of documents checked out under your name. Doc360 Check Out Status displays a list of the documents currently checked out under your name in the system. It provides you with the option to cancel editing (Undo check-out) for one or multiple documents.

Distribute Documents

As part of your electronic document management process, distribute electronic files as action items to other personnel.

Find Documents

Search for a specific Doc360 document in AMS360. Many selection criteria are provided to help you narrow your search.

Get Documents

Import electronic files into AMS360.

Match Pending Attachments

Use the Doc360 Match Pending Attachments form for back-end scanning; attach scanned files to their proper placeholders in the system.

Doc Vendor

This selection is available only if your agency has enabled third-party imaging features in Doc360. Click this selection to launch your agency's third-party imaging application.
