The DocManagement menu contains the following items to help you manage and track the documents within your agency.

Check Out Status |
Use the Doc360 Check Out Status data entry form to keep track of documents checked out under your name. Doc360 Check Out Status displays a list of the documents currently checked out under your name in the system. It provides you with the option to cancel editing (Undo check-out) for one or multiple documents. |

Distribute Documents |
As part of your electronic document management process, distribute electronic files as action items to other personnel. |

Find Documents |
Search for a specific Doc360 document in AMS360. Many selection criteria are provided to help you narrow your search. |

Get Documents |
Import electronic files into AMS360. |

Match Pending Attachments |
Use the Doc360 Match Pending Attachments form for back-end scanning; attach scanned files to their proper placeholders in the system. |

Doc Vendor |
This selection is available only if your agency has enabled third-party imaging features in Doc360. Click this selection to launch your agency's third-party imaging application. |
