Cross References

Cross-References is a section of the Customer data entry form. Cross-references enable you to associate additional search criteria with a customer. For example, if the customer who operates multiple businesses under different business names, you could enter the other business names as cross-references. You can then use the cross-reference information to search for the customer on the Customer Search page.

Choose a Cross Reference Type from the list.

 

Add or manage cross reference types in  Administration Center > Customer/Policy Setups > X-References. You must have appropriate security authorization to access Administration Center.
