Accessing Leadlist Maintenance

In the Administration Center, click Utilities from the sidebar menu.
- Choose Leadlist Administration/Customer Import.

On the File menu, click Leadlist Maintenance.
Use Leadlist Maintenance to delete all information for suspects entered in AMS360 via Leadlist Import.
Deleting a List of Suspect
- From the Leadlist Maintenance form, select the list you want to delete.
- Click Delete in the upper right corner of the grid. A message appears asking you to confirm the deletion.
- Click Save or Save and Close. All the information for the members of the list marked as suspects is deleted from the AMS360 database.
If members of the list have been changed to prospect or customer types, then they are not deleted through this process.
