Change Requests

The Change Requests view displays all policy change requests (endorsements) sent to companies for the selected customer.

Key Fields

Select one, multiple, or all change requests and then click Confirm in the toolbar to mark the change request as complete.

Once you confirm that a change request is complete, you cannot change it back to unconfirmed.

Form

Click the AMS360 Change Request link to open the form in the eForms Manager where you can view the entire change request.

Confirmed

Indicates whether or not the request is completed by the company. Confirmed items continue to appear in the grid, but the confirm check box (in the first column) is not available.

By default, views and lists are limited to 100 items per page. In some Views you can choose to see more items, do any of the following, if available:

    • Use the arrows at the bottom of the page to view additional pages.*

    • Set the Max # of Records Returned field to a value greater than 100 in View Options.*

    • Use View Options to filter the results of your search.
