Statements
Applies to: Customer Center
A customer statement summarizes all transactions from the customer receivable account. This provides your customer the opportunity to reconcile their records with yours, and verify the amount still due your agency from the customer.
This view displays the last twelve statements created for the customer, most recent statement first.
Key Fields
Close Date | The end date (as of) for the customer statements, displayed as a link. Click the Close Date to open Report - Customer Statements form where you can preview or print the statement. |
Date Processed | The date the statement was created. |

Click the link in the Close Date column for the statement you want to view. The Report - Customer Statements data entry form opens, where you can preview or print the statement. More...
On the toolbar, click Export All. All items on all pages of the list are exported to Excel.
The export process retrieves the information from the database. If items have been added or changed since you refreshed the view, some information in the export file could be different from what you see in the grid. |
