Sub-Customers

The Sub-Customer view displays Sub-customers associated with the Master Customer. This view only appears when viewing a Master Customer.

By default, views and lists are limited to 100 items per page. In some Views you can choose to see more items, do any of the following, if available:

Click New Sub-customer in the toolbar to open the Sub-customer data entry form.
The button is only available on the Sub-customer view with a Master Customer open. |
Enter customer information by choosing sections of the form from the sidebar menu. Save your entries as often as you like or wait until you're finished entering data for the entire form. You don't lose information when switching between sections.
When you are finished, you have the following options:
- Save: Saves what you've entered and the form remains open.
- Save and Return: Saves what you've entered and returns you to the Master Customer.
- Exit: Closes the form without saving information you've entered since you last saved the form and returns you to the Sub-customer Overview page.
On the toolbar, click Export All. All items on all pages of the list are exported to Excel.
The export process retrieves the information from the database. If items have been added or changed since you refreshed the view, some information in the export file could be different from what you see in the grid. |
