Dashboard View

If you use the Vertafore Agency Platform, the dashboard view is replaced with My Agency Home. The page that displays when you sign on to the Platform.

The Dashboard provides quick access to customers you've recently opened, a list of frequently used websites, and office messages. Special panels for TransactNOW and Engagements appear if you use Vertafore Single Sign-On (VSSO).

Your system administrator can control whether or not the Recent Customers, Favorite Links, and Message Board appear for all users. The setup for this is in the Administration Center > General on the sidebar menu > Home Dashboard setup.

Click the Option icon in each section for setting up or modifying the data appearing in each panel.

Key Fields

Recent Customers	The list of recent customers is retained even when you log out and log back in.
Favorite Links	Use for website you use frequently.
Message Board	Information entered here appears for all users.
Engagements*	If you use Engage, current engagements show in this panel along with their status.
TransactNOW*	Information from TransactNOW -- claims, notes, and activities appear in this panel.
