My User Reports

Use the My User Reports view to create shortcut for AMS360 Classic Reports you use frequently. You can store reports you've created in this view and run it as often as you like. You can even set up the same report multiple times with different criteria.

Key Fields

Name

The name of the report that you've created. You can have more than one of the same report name with different descriptions.

Description

The unique information about the report that helps you to identify the report.

Group

The group name to which the User report belongs. Use a group name to link reports that are in the same category for batch printing.

By default, views and lists are limited to 100 items per page. In some Views you can choose to see more items, do any of the following, if available:

    • Use the arrows at the bottom of the page to view additional pages.*

    • Set the Max # of Records Returned field to a value greater than 100 in View Options.*

    • Use View Options to filter the results of your search.
