My User Reports

Use the My User Reports view to create shortcut for AMS360 Classic Reports you use frequently. You can store reports you've created in this view and run it as often as you like. You can even set up the same report multiple times with different criteria.
Key Fields
Name | The name of the report that you've created. You can have more than one of the same report name with different descriptions. |
Description | The unique information about the report that helps you to identify the report. |
Group | The group name to which the User report belongs. Use a group name to link reports that are in the same category for batch printing. |
By default, views and lists are limited to 100 items per page. In some Views you can choose to see more items, do any of the following, if available:

Click New Report to open the New Report data entry form. The report must be set up as a "User" type report for it to appear in the view. More...
Select the report you want to edit from the My User Reports list, and then click Open Report. The Reports - All data entry form appears where you can make changes to the selections. More...
Select the report you want to run from the My User Reports list, and then click Preview. The Preview Report appears.
On the toolbar, click Export All. All items on all pages of the list are exported to Excel.
The export process retrieves the information from the database. If items have been added or changed since you refreshed the view, some information in the export file could be different from what you see in the grid. |
