Form Map: Commercial Prop-Bus Income/Extra Expense/Rental Value (ACORD 810)

When AMS360 creates the ACORD 140 Property Section, it also creates the ACORD 810 Business Income/Extra Expense/Rental Value form for any policy that includes coverage for a Subject of Insurance related to business income, extra expense, or rental value.
Data flows from the AMS360 fields to a corresponding section on the ACORD 810 Business Income/Extra Expense/Rental Value form. You can refer to the following sample of the ACORD 810 form to determine the corresponding AMS360 fields.
Click in the area of the ACORD 810 Business Income/Extra Expense/Rental Value form to view the AMS360 fields from which the information flows.
When you click on a section in the ACORD form, a pop-up image of the corresponding AMS360 fields appears. To close this image, click outside the ACORD form.
Alternatively, you may refer to images from the AMS360 user interface to determine which fields on the ACORD 810 form correspond to the depicted fields from AMS360.
The following images represent policy information fields in AMS360. Data flows from the AMS360 fields to a corresponding section on the ACORD 810 Business Income/Extra Expense/Rental Value form.

To access these fields in AMS360, go to Policy > First Named Insured.
This policy applicant information originates in Customer Setup, Name and Address section. If you click Update from Customer, information automatically flows from Customer Setup into these fields.
If you change/update the information here in the First Named Insured section of the Policy, these changes do not flow back to the customer. You may also have to update Customer Setup.
AMS360 creates this form for policies that include a Subject of Insurance related to business income, extra expense, or rental value. It also creates this form for policies that include a Cause of Loss related to business income, extra expense, or rental value.
On the ACORD 810, an X appears in the box labeled with the applicable subject of insurance. In this example, BI w/o Extra Expense coverage appears on the form for Location 1, Building 1. To access these fields in AMS360, go to Policy > Premise Information > Subjects of Insurance.

Several causes of loss are represented on the ACORD 810. For applicable causes of loss (entered either under Subjects of Insurance or under Additional Causes of Loss), the ACORD form features check boxes that indicate the presence of coverage.
For some coverages, data flows from AMS360 fields to a special section of the form.
The example below depicts Additional Causes of Loss for the subject of insurance BI w/Extra Expense for Location 1, Building 1. Specifically, the example shows open data fields for the Power, Heat and Refrigeration coverage. This data flows to the "Power/Heat" section of the form.
To access these fields, go to Policy > Commercial Property > Premise Information > Subjects of Insurance > Additional Causes of Loss.
Some causes of loss allow you to include additional address information. The ACORD 810 accommodates address information for Dependent Property and Off Premises Power coverages.
Dependent Property
The example below depicts Additional Causes of Loss for the subject of insurance BI w/ Extra Expense for Location 1, Building 2. Specifically, the example shows open data fields for the BI from Dependent Props coverage.
For each dependent property, you can enter address information in the Off Premises Power or Dependent Property section. This information appears on the ACORD 810 form.
To access these fields in AMS360, go to Policy > Premise Information > Subjects of Insurance > Additional Causes of Loss.
Off Premises Power
The example below depicts Additional Causes of Loss for a subject of insurance entered under Location 3, Building 1. Specifically, the example shows open data fields for the Power, Heat and Refrigeration coverage.
You can enter address information for the location of off-premises power in the Off Premises Power or Dependent Property section. This information appears on the ACORD 810 form.
In this example, the data flows to page 2 of the form. A separate page of the ACORD 810 is created for each unique premise (i.e., unique location/building combination) with coverage related to business income, extra expense, or rental value.
