Cancellation Request/Policy Release
Use Cancellation to create a Cancellation Request/Policy Release form.
The following menus are available in a data entry form. Click each menu item to see detailed information. Note that the available menus vary depending on the form.

The new form opens with the policy information prefilled. Verify the information in the form and make changes, if necessary. When finished, click Save & Close. The new Cancellation Request form appears in the Customer/Policy Transaction/Form Tree.
