Get Sub-customers
Use the Get Sub-customers data entry form to add sub-customers to a multiple entity policy. This data entry form can also be used to add the sub-customers to the Commercial Supplemental Names section of Policy (for multiple entity customers/policies only) as "Additional Named Insureds," if applicable.

- In the Customer Center, search for and select the multi-entity sub master customer for whom you want to add sub-customers.
- On the sidebar menu click Views > Policies.
- Click the link in the Policy # column for the policy you want to edit. The Policy form appears.
- Do one of the following:
- Expand the Basic Policy Information section, and then open the Multiple Entity section.
- Expand the Commercial Supplemental Names section.
- Expand the Transaction Premiums/Billing section, and then click the Split Premium link in the Multiple Entity column in the Transaction Premiums or Transaction Fees, Taxes, Finance, & Down Payments sub-section. This opens the Multiple Entities data entry form.
If a line of business has been entered, you’ll see a transaction premium line with the split premium link. You can enter a transaction premium manually by clicking New.
- Click Get Sub-customers. Only the sub-customers that are not already added to the policy are in the list.

The form displays all of the sub-customers associated with the master customer.
When accessing Get Sub-customers from the Multiple Entities data entry form, the list includes only sub-customers that are not already added to the list. |
