Prevail Network

The Prevail Network is your premium finance integration piece for all policies.  This utility enables you to directly finance your premiums with real time access to your customers' premium finance contracts and more.

The following information explains the features and use of Prevail Network Integration.

AMS Prevail Network and AMS360

Premium Financing now a feature of AMS360

This feature is a web-based premium finance marketplace called the Prevail Network. In AMS360 you can now directly finance your premiums without having to log into multiple finance company web sites and re-key policy information to get quotes.

This integration will export AMS360 customer and policy information into the AMS Prevail Network.

  • No re-keying of policy data.
  • With just a few clicks you can get your premium finance agreement.
  1. Go to http://www.prevailnetwork.com/prevail/.
  2. Fill in the online agency application and sign up as a "New Member."
  3. Finance companies will review your application and mark you for approval.  
  4. You will be sent instructions via email on how to enable the feature within AMS360.
  5. After approval you will receive an email about how to start generating new premium finance quotes.

You must first receive approval and follow the AMS360 setup instructions from Prevail Network.

  1. Open the Customer Center.
  2. On the Actions menu, click (Integration Partners) Prevail Network.
Field/ Option What is this?

Customer

Customer name.

Search

Opens the Customer Search data entry form. Use this to search for existing customers, or create a new customer.

View Date

Defaults to current date. You can change the date forward or back.

Prevail Network Setup

Opens the Prevail Network Setup form. You are sent a unique agent code via email when you sign up to be a member with the Prevail Network. For more information on setting up your Prevail Network Utility contact The Prevail Network directly.

Option/Field What is this?

URL

Defaults to the Prevail Network web site. Do not change unless instructed by Vertafore.

Agent Code

Opens the Prevail Network Setup form where you can enter your Prevail configuration code.

Save

Click to save the URL and Agent Code information.

Prevail Network

Opens the Prevail Network sign up web page.

Bankruptcy

Defaults to unchecked.

Check All

Checks all policies displayed in grid.

Uncheck All

Removes check mark from all policies displayed in grid.

Policy Selection
Option/Field What is this?

Available Policies grid

The following information is pulled from the Customer tables:

  • Policy #
  • Effective Date
  • Expiration Date
  • Policy Type
  • Premium
  • Non-Premium

You can modify the following fields where applicable:

  • Fees
  • Taxes
  • Min.Earned %
  • Assigned Risk
  • Short Rate
  • PUC Filings

OK

Saves your selected policies and opens the Prevail Network web page with instructions on how to proceed.

 

Requires a valid URL address and Agent Code via the Prevail Network Setup form.

Cancel

Click to close the Prevail Network form without saving any changes.
