DocuSign Status and Descriptions
When a document is sent through DocuSign for a signature, the status and description can be different depending on where you are looking. The table below shows the status and descriptions as they appear in AMS360, DocuSign™, and Insurlink.

***See Additional Information | Unavailable | n/a | The sender DocuSign account has been closed/canceled. Any document still Out for Signature / In Process is no longer available. |
*Action performed in DocuSign by sender while logged into sender DocuSign account.
**Action performed by DocuSign signer when document is ready to preview and sign.
***Indicates the DocuSign Account has been closed/canceled. This also confirms the VSSO User access to the e-signature product has been removed by a VSSO Admin. Any document still Out for Signature/Awaiting my Signature/In Process has been deleted and therefore unavailable.
