Update Agency License
The Update Agency License feature is useful for AMS360 Online (Hosted) agencies who want to manage the availability of their user licenses.
The form allows you to easily change the maximum number of licensed users in your agency. When you save your changes to the system, notification is sent to the Vertafore Data Center so that your contract terms are updated accordingly.
Accessing Update Agency License
- Open the Administration Center.
- On the Utilities menu, click Update Agency License.

Access to the Update Agency License feature is only available if you are assigned to the Update Agency License security group in Employee Setup > Security Group Assignment. |
Update Agency License Selections

Current Maximum License |
Displays the number of licenses currently available to your agency. View-only field. |

Current Usage |
Displays the number of licenses currently in use by your agency. View-only field. |

New Maximum License |
Enter the new number of licenses that will be available to your agency. The number must be equal to or greater than the Current Usage number. |

(Terms and Conditions) |
Explains that when you change the maximum number of your agency's available licenses, it affects your agency's contract with Vertafore Services. Your agency may be charged or refunded an amount of money in accordance with the new number of licenses, based on the terms and conditions of your original contract with Vertafore. |
