Scheduled Reports
Use Scheduled Reports to help you manage important information in your agency. You can schedule a report and distribute it to selected people and distribution groups at selected intervals. These reports created using this feature are run at night to avoid interfering with system performance during office hours.
To schedule a new report or edit an existing report:
On the 360 Toolbox menu, click Scheduled Reports.
To make change to an existing report for which you are the scheduler:
- Open the Home Center.
- On the Views menu, click My Scheduled Reports.
- Under My Scheduled Reports, click a date on the Next Occurrence column to open the Scheduled Report form in Edit mode.
By default, if you are in the Owner security group you can modify any existing report even if you are not the scheduler. See Security Access to Scheduled Reports below for details |
Each user has his or her own security for Scheduled Reports. This is set up in the Security Group Setup form. There are three security levels for Scheduled Reports.
The default security access is set to Full Access for those users in the Owner security group. All other security groups, including agency-defined groups, are set to No Access. You can change these settings. For more information see Security Group Setup. |
No Access | The Scheduled Reports selection is not available in the Toolbox menu. |
Full Access | You can view all scheduled reports, and create or edit scheduled reports to which you have report access. All means any Scheduled Report that has been set up by any user. Report Access is determined by Security Group Setup. In order to have full access on a report you must be assigned a security group with access to this specified report. |
User View Only | You can view, create, and edit only your own Scheduled Reports. |
The following menus are available in a data entry form. Click each menu item to see detailed information. Note that the available menus vary depending on the form.
