Employee Assignment
Use the Employee Assignment form to grant customer security by employee.
- In the Customer Center, search for and select the customer for whom you want to add customer security by employee.
- On the Views menu, click Customer Overview from the sidebar.
- Click Edit Customer to open the Customer setup form.
- Select the Employee Access Secured check box in the Name & Address section to activate the Assign Employees link.
- Click Assign Employees. The Employee Assignment form opens.
Lists all employees in the system. Select the Include check box to the left of an employee name to assign the employee to the selected security group.
Cust Service Group | This button places a check mark in the Include column next to all the employee names that belong to the Service Groups for this customer. See Customer Setup Settings > Employee Access Secured for more information. |
Clear All | Clears all selections in the Include column. |
Grid | The following columns are available:

OK | Click OK to save at least one employee assigned access to this customer. You must select at least one employee. |
Cancel | Closes window without saving. |
