Snooze Alert

Use the Snooze Alert data entry form to postpone the appearance of an Alert to a number of days in the future or a specific date.

  1. Access the Home Center.
  2. On the Views menu, click Alerts.
  3. Select the alert you want to postpone by clicking the corresponding check box. You can only snooze one alert at a time.
  4. Click the Snooze icon in the toolbar. The Snooze Alert data entry form opens.

The following fields are available.

Snooze alert for: ___ days

Type a number of days you want to postpone the appearance (snooze) of the Alert.

 

The due on date automatically fills when you key in the number of days you want to snooze the alert.

due on ___ :

Instead of entering the number of days you want to snooze the alert, you can use the calendar in the Due On field to choose the date you want to postpone the Alert until.

Reason for Snooze:

Type a brief explanation about why the Alert is being postponed.
