File Delete Utility
When you delete a document in AMS360, you remove it from system access. It is unavailable to users, and you can't regain access to it. However, for Doc360 documents that are stored in a shared folder, once they are deleted, you must also purge the documents using File Delete Utility in order to remove them from your system. Until this last step is completed, the files are retained. For more on deleting Doc360 files, see the Deleting a Document section in the Workflow: Work with Doc360 Documents.
To use this utility, you must have permission to access the shared network folder where files are stored; you must also be authorized to delete files from that folder.
