Renewal List - Policy Comments

You can access Renewal List - Policy Comments from the Policy form if comments already exist. Otherwise, you must access it from the Home Center.

From the Home Center

1. On the Views menu, click My Renewal Lists.
2. Select the applicable Renewal from the first list to populate the policy information to the second list.
3. In the Actions column of the policy row, click Renewal Comments to open the Renewal List - Policy Comments data entry form.

From the Policy form

1. In the Customer Center, select the customer.
2. On the Views menu, click Policies.
3. To create a new form, click New Policy.

To modify an existing policy, click the policy number you want to edit in the Policy # column.

4. Expand the Basic Policy Information section.
5. Click the Renewal Comments link.

Fields/Options	What is this?
Renewal Comments	Enter comments in the text box.
OK	Click OK to save renewal comments to the policy. The form closes and your Home Center refreshes.   If these are the first comments saved to this renewal, you will see the In Progress icon change to a Comments icon in the Actions column and the message in the Stage column changes from New to In Progress.
Cancel	The form closes without saving.
Create record for the comments above	Click the appropriate link to log a record of these comments: Activity opens an Activity form with Policy, Customer, and Description data prefilled Note opens a blank Note data entry form with Customer, Policy and Note Text data prefilled.
