Search by Month or Date

Select the specific time period in which to search for the desired birthdays.

Select this option if you want to select birthdays within a specific Month.

Date

Select this option if you want to select birthdays within a Date From and Date To range.
Parameter What is this?

Customer

Select All (default) customers, or search for a specific customer. AMS360 returns the customers selected along with certificates of liability and certificates of property that match the customers selected.

In addition, return the certificate holders that match the certificates of liability and property above.

Status

Select to include only Active or Inactive customers.

From/To

To return information about only those certificates issued within a particular date range, select the first (From) and last (To ) dates in the date picker. You can also manually enter the dates.

Customer

Select All (default) customers, or search for a specific customer. AMS360 returns the customers selected along with their contact information.

Status

Select to include only Active or Inactive customers.
Parameter What is this?

Company Type

Select the type of company you want to include in your query (brokerage, fee or insurance). Leave blank to include All companies.

Select Company

If you have a specific Company Type selected above, select the desired company from the Select Company list. Leave blank to include All companies, or All companies for a specific Company Type.

AMS360 returns all companies included in the query plus all underwriters that match the company code.

Include Inactive Companies

Check this box if you want to include Active and Inactive companies in your query.

Include Companies with no Personnel

When checked include all company information even if there are no underwriters entered that match the company code.

Include customer records based on the criteria that follows:

Select the Executive on the customer record.

To make multiple selections, choose (Select Multiple...). The Selections form opens. Select the box next to each Name you want to include, and click OK when you are done.

Representative

Select the Representative on the customer.

To make multiple selections, choose (Select Multiple...). The Selections form opens. Check the box next to each Name you want to include, and click OK when you are done.

Broker

Select the Broker on the customer record or leave blank for all.

Business with Agency

Select customer records where the Business with Agency flag in Customer Setup is checked for one, all, or a specific type of business.

Business with Agency What is this?

All

AMS360 looks for All of the Business with Agency flags in Customer Setup, and returns all customers that have one, multiple or all business with agency flags.

Benefits

Customers are selected that have the Benefits business with agency flag checked in Customer Setup.

This choice only appears if you are licensed for the AMS360 Benefits product.

Commercial Lines

Customers are selected that have the Commercial Lines business with agency flag checked in Customer Setup.

Financial Services

Customers are selected that have the Financial Services business with agency flag checked in Customer Setup.

Health

Customers are selected that have the Health business with agency flag checked in Customer Setup.

Life

Customers are selected that have the Life business with agency flag checked in Customer Setup.

Non Property & Casualty

Customers are selected that have the Non Property & Casualty business with agency flag checked in Customer Setup.

Personal Lines

Customers are selected that have the Personal Lines business with agency flag checked in Customer Setup.

Status

Select whether you want to include Active or Inactive customers in your query, or leave blank for all.

Notation

Select only those customers with a particular Notation, or leave blank for all.

City

Enter the customer City to include in your query, or leave blank for all.

This report filters for the customer's City information exactly as you enter it in this field. To account for possible inconsistencies in Customer Setup data, it may be appropriate to filter for alternative spellings or punctuation in the City field.

State

 

Select the customer State to include in your query, or leave blank for all.

Business Unit
Type of Unit What is this?

Division

Division is the primary business unit within an agency. An agency can have one or more divisions.

Select the division that applies to this policy.

Branch

Branch is the second level of business unit in an agency. Each division can have one or more branches.

Select the branch that applies to this policy.

Dept

Departments can be used to further subdivide the agency structure. Each branch can have one or more departments.

Select the department that applies to this policy.

Group

Group is the smallest level of business unit structure. Each department can have one or more groups.

Select the group that applies to this policy.

Policy

Include policy records for the customers selected above, based on the criteria that follows:

View Date

Defaults to the current date. Include policies where the View Date is equal to or in-between the policy effective date and the policy expiration date.

Include Future Policies

Include policies where the policy effective date is later than the View Date.

Executive

Select only those policies where the executive selected matches the Executive on the policy.

Representative

Select only those policies where the representative selected matches the Representative on the policy.

Profile Question Lookup

In each Profile Question field, select a question from the list for which you want customer profile answers to appear. You can select to include up to five questions.

 

These selections return the customer's profile answers, but they do not filter results.

Policy

Include policy records for the customers selected above, based on the criteria that follows:

Include Future Invoices

Include policies where the policy effective date is later than the View Date.

View Date

Defaults to the current date. Include policies where the View Date is equal to or in-between the policy effective date and the policy expiration date.

Executive

Select only those policies where the executive selected matches the Executive on the policy, or leave blank to include all.

Representative

Select only those policies where the representative selected matches the Representative on the policy, or leave blank to include all.

Broker

Select only those policies where the broker selected matches the Broker on the policy, or leave blank to include all.

Division

Select only those policies where the division selected matches the Division on the policy, or leave blank to include all.

Parent Company

Select only those policies where the parent company selected matches the Parent Company on the policy, or leave blank to include all.

Writing Company

Select only those policies where the writing company selected matches the Writing Company on the policy, or leave blank to include all.

Notation

Select only those policies where the notation selected matches the Notation selected on the policy, or leave blank to include all.

Number of Activities

You can filter the policies returned by a number range (count) of activities recorded for a policy. Select the From and To values.

Number of Claims

You can filter the policies returned by claims activity. Select only Created, Open, Closed, or do not select an option, which includes all claims.

You can also filter policies by selecting only those policies that have a particular number of claims against them.

Example:

To report only those policies that have one or more open claims, select Open, enter [1] in the From box, and leave the To box blank.
