The action of attaching a Branch, Department or Group to the next highest business unit in the Business Unit Setup form. Such attachment allows proper correlation of data within related business units.

Every Group added in Business Unit Setup must be attached to at least one Department. Every Department must be attached to at least one Branch and every Branch must be attached to at least one Division.
