Transactions Menu

The following table shows commonly used Transactions menu commands and their associated icons that are available in a Policy data entry form. The available commands vary depending on the form.

Endorse		Launches the Endorsement form with a transaction of Policy Change. Use to record any type of mid-term change.
Renew		Launches the Create Renewal/Rewrite Policy form with a transaction of Renew Policy. Use to copy existing policy information to the new term.
Rewrite		Launches the Create Renewal/Rewrite Policy form with a transaction of Rewrite. Use when the policy is rewritten with another company at renewal or for a mid-term reinstatement when there was a lapse in coverage.
Cancel		Launches the Cancellation Request form with a transaction of the same. Use this transaction to indicate the company has been notified that this policy is canceling.
Quote TNOW		This menu item is available on the Policy form from the Operations menu in Policy and Submission mode. Use Quote TNOW to open the TransactNOW form to request a quote for a policy already entered in the system.
