View Menu

The following View menu commands are available in an eForms data entry form.

Refine Certificate Folder	Opens the Refine Certificate Folder form so you can enter specific criteria (e.g., date range, holder name prefix, etc.) to filter certificates that you see in eForms Manager for the customer.
Collapse All	Closes all folders and displays the Customer/Policy Transaction/Form Tree at the least detailed level. Displays the first level folders only.
Expand All	Expands the Customer/Policy Transaction/Form Tree to most detailed level where you see all of the existing forms.
Tree	Displays or hides the Customer/Policy Transaction/Form Tree.
Legend	Displays or hides the Legend in the lower left corner of the page.
Forms	Next Page/Previous Page: Moves forward or back a page when viewing the form. You can also page through to the next form in the tree. Zoom: Changes the form view.
