In AMS360, information flows from the Policy > Line of Business > Commercial Property > Value Reporting fields into this section of ACORD 140.

If value reporting information is present in AMS360, an X will appear in the box labeled Value Reporting Information on the ACORD 140 form. However, the specific information appears on a separate form, ACORD 811 Value Reporting. AMS360 creates this form along with ACORD 140.

If AMS360 does not include any value reporting information, the box on ACORD 140 will be empty.
