In AMS360, information flows from Policy > Line of Business > Inland Marine (C) > Transportation/Motor Truck Cargo > Garage Locations to the fields labeled City, State, Zip Where Garaged on ACORD 129.

The ACORD 143 form accommodates the first three vehicles on a commercial inland marine policy. Any additional vehicles appear on the ACORD 129 form.

The garage information that appears on the form depends on which Garage Location you select for each specific vehicle in the Vehicle Information section of AMS360. However, before you can select a location for a vehicle, you must first enter information in the Garage Locations section.
