In AMS360, information flows from the Policy > Inland Marine (C) - Line of Business > Transportation/Motor Truck Cargo > Transportation > Transportation Coverages > Additional Causes of Loss fields into this section of ACORD 143.

If the cause of loss applies to any of the check box categories on ACORD 143 (e.g., Special Form, Named Perils, Including Theft, or Loading/Unloading) then an X will appear in the appropriate box on the form.

The Deductible amount for the first additional cause of loss also appears on the ACORD 143 form.
