In the AMS360, information flows from the Policy > Policy Contact fields to the Contact Names overflow form only if the contact's Responsibility is neither Inspection nor Accounting Records.

If you selected Inspection or Accounting Records as the contact's responsibility, then that contact's information appears on the ACORD 125 form instead.
