We are pleased to release AMS360 Mobile. With each release, we are improving and updating AMS360 to provide you with the best possible experience.
The new version of Vertafore Mobile (now renamed AMS360 Mobile), will utilize existing AMS360 functionality, with a focus on providing an enhanced mobile experience.
AMS360 Mobile, gives you an on-demand tool to access all the information you need to manage your customer accounts from your mobile device.
Making use of an intuitive user interface, AMS360 Mobile allows you to:

View client and contact details, policy information (including declaration page views), recent claims summaries, upcoming renewals, download documents, notes, activities and suspense’s.

If you have add/edit rights, you can also update your existing client and contact records, create new clients, and add new activities and suspenses, ensuring that you can fully service your client anytime, anywhere.
Take advantage of many of the tools inherent to mobile devices to manage your time even more effectively, including GPS mapping, email communications, photo capturing and voice recognition for creating notes and activities verbally.

The AMS360 mobile application is supported on both the iOS and Android platforms. The mobile application integrates with the following services:
- AMS360
Provisioning
You can only log in to the mobile application if you have provisioned and provided credentials to AMS360.
Permissions
Your permissions will be inherited from the AMS360 site. If you do not have access to certain features, they will be hidden from your view.
AMS360 Mobile requires Vertafore Single Sign-On (VSSO) credentials to use. |

Download the AMS360 Mobile app from your phone's APP Store.

Once downloaded, enter your AMS360 login info and tap Sign In.

You have the option to Enable Face ID as well as Touch ID for future logins.

- Once logged in, you will be brought to the Select Agency section where you will be able to view and scroll through your agencies.

Tap Add a Client on the bottom-right.

From here you will enter your new client info and tap Next.

You’ll notice that the information will auto populate for the Agency and Employees sections. Review this information and make any necessary changes by tapping the related field to scroll through different options. Once finished, tap Save.

Finally, you will have a summary of your new client. From here you also notice several other functions that can be added by tapping the + at the bottom-right of the screen.

- From the Home page, tap the To Do’s drop-down. Here you will be able to review and filter your To-Do list. Tap the To Do item you wish to view a summary of the item.

To filter your To Do’s, tap the filter symbol in the top right corner. Apply your filters and tap Save. You will now notice your search list with the applied filters. You can go back and delete the filters at any time by tapping Reset.

My agency is not VSSO enabled, can I still use AMS360 Mobile?

You will need to use VSSO to access AMS360 Mobile, please contact your Vertafore representative to get VSSO setup
What policies are being shown in the Upcoming Renewals?

You can choose which renewal source to use by going to settings and selecting either Expiring Policies or Renewal List Tool

How can I filter these lists down so I can easily find what I need?

On most lists there is a funnel icon in the top right corner, tap this to set your filter criteria, if your list is being filtered, you will see a green check mark on the filter icon
What is a 'Lost Policy'?

If a policy is canceled, and not all lines of business on that policy are rewritten with the agent, those that are not rewritten are considered lost
What policies are listed in the 'Pending Cancellations' list?

Policies on the Pending Cancellations list are those policies that are currently pending payment for renewal
Where are user permissions set? How do I know what I have access to?

User permissions are set by AMS360 admins in the admin center of AMS360, the Mobile app adheres to these permission settings in AMS360
