Customer Setup: Business Option for Name Type Added

In Customer Setup under the "Names" section, select "Business" if there will be a Firm Name.
In Administration Center under "Mandatory Field Setup," when the NAICS # box is checked and the Name Type in Customer Setup is Business, the NAICS # is required in Customer Setup.
