New Field: Agency Business Classification

This release offers a new, editable drop-down "combo" field where users can manually type in their business class and also select from the Admin Center-List Setup- Agency Business Classification. This new functionality allows agencies to create their own classification list for businesses.

• Customer Center: Search for your customer, click on the name, and then go to "Customer Overview."

  • Edit Customer: Additional Customer Information:

    • Agency Business Classification: click on the drop-down

      • You may either select from the drop-down choices or type in your own classification.

        

  • Click on Save or Save and Close once done.

For Administrators:

• Administration Center: List Setup: Agency Business Classification:

  

• A form will open:

  

• Fill in the Code and Description fields, and then click "Add."

• Once added, users will be able to see the code in their Agency Business Classification drop-downs.
