Customer Opens with Single Match on Policy Number

Previously, when searching for a customer by policy number, users needed to click on the customer to open. Now, when users enter an exact match to a policy number, the customer screen opens automatically.

  • The "View" option is set to "Search By: “Policy #” while also checking the box titled "Automatically Open Single Customer Search Result."

  • Enter the Policy # text in the search field and select the "Apply" button (magnifying glass icon).

  • If only ONE customer has a policy (or policies) that exactly match the entered text, that customer will open automatically.
