Add Notes to Direct Bill Entry Statements

When creating or updating a direct bill entry statement, an optional notes section has been added to track additional comments.

Once a note is saved, it cannot be edited. Additional notes can be added to a posted or in-progress statement by clicking the Append Note button. If multiple notes exist on a statement, they will appear from newest to oldest and will be separated by a line. When reviewing a posted, in-progress, or voided direct bill entry statement, the user’s short name and date will be saved, along with their note.

 

NOTE: If a direct bill entry statement is deleted, any entered notes will be deleted as well.
