Business Unit Access and Employee Business Unit Access
Prior to this release, users needed to utilize the Security Group Setup Report in Classic Reports (Crystal Reports). However, the following issues resulted:

The report was lengthy and poorly written
-
The report failed to provide the user with the required criteria in an efficient way
-
The report exhibited poor performance and a bad design
While this new MAR report will not necessarily replace the existing security setup report, it does provide users with the information in a more efficient manner.
Users will now be presented with these two tabs:

Business Unit Access
-
All Business Unit Access groups
-

Employee Business Unit Access
-
All employees and the different combinations

Follow these steps to work with this feature:

First, make sure the user has been granted permission via VSSO to access this report

In AMS360, click on "360 Toolbox" and then "My Agency Reports"

In "Report Templates" search for "Business Unit Access and Employee Business Unit Access" and then click on the link titled "Run Report"

Once the report is ready, click the Business Unit Access and Employee Business Unit Access link in My Reports.

The Employee Business Unit Access tab will contain the following eight columns.

Employee

Employee Short Name

BUAccessGroup

Group ID
-
Divisions
-
Branches
-
Departments
-
Groups
-

Click on the Business Unit Access group tab, which will contain the following 10 columns:

Click on the Left Arrow/ Back Button, which is located beneath the My Agency Report logo

In the Report record, click the XLS symbol. The XLS File will then be downloaded.

Click the CSV symbol. The CSV file will then be downloaded.
