To eliminate an issue that occurred when users interacted with the text messenger in AMS360, a new endpoint has been created to allow for the paging of SMS conversations.

Previously, users saw the following error message that read,“Page Unresponsive.” Clicking on the gear icon showed the status, and this error message appeared:

To make this process work more efficiently, we have taken the following steps:

• Created a new endpoint to allow for the paging of SMS conversations

• Implemented "Lazy Loading" to eliminate slowdowns.
