AMS360 Classic Reports - Notes Report |
The "Assigned To" report option is now disabled when running the report for Personal Notes. |
Performance Improvements |
System performance has been improved in the following areas:
|
Renewal List Tool |
|
Policy |
Changing a location address at Renewal for a download policy no longer leaves a portion of the old address in the location information. |
ACORD 127 (2014/12) Business Auto |
The limit amount now populates the form as expected when the deductible is ACV. |
Customer Setup |
Changing an Executive in the Service Group section now saves appropriately. |
Direct Bill Statement |
A special circumstance where a correction to a Direct Bill invoice on a posted Direct Bill Statement would not show the offset on the next Direct Bill Statement has been corrected. |
Bank Reconciliation |
A situation where a voided check appeared on a posted Bank Reconciliation statement when it hadn't been moved from Open to Cleared Items during the reconciliation, has been corrected. Now the voided check won't appear on the Statement or Bank Register view until it's been moved to cleared items. |
Account Current |
An In-Progress Account Current Statement with over 10,000 items will no longer process for hours and not open. AMS360 will now split a statement with over 10,000 items to prevent the issue. |
Classic Reports |
Printing Invoices using a sort order of Division/Branch, Division/Branch/Dept., or Division/Branch/Dept./Group now prints in the selected order. |
