Report: Broker Commission Setup

The Broker Commission Setup report provides a list of commissions by employee as defined in setup.

Choose an individual broker, multiple brokers or All brokers from the drop down list.

Broker Commission Setup

Group/Field	What is this?
All Brokers	Allows you to report on all brokers with or without commission setup.
Only brokers with Commission Setup	Allows you to report on brokers with commission setup.
Only brokers without Commission Setup	Allows you to report on brokers without commission setup.

Effective Date

Group/Field	What is this?
Current Date	Provides report data up to the current date report is being created. This is the default.
All	Provides report data of all commissions which are setup for the broker(s).
Select Date	Provides report data where the effective date is less than or equal to the selected date
Include Commissions Setup with Later Effective Date	Provides all commissions in effect on or after the Effective Date.

Report Fields

Report Fields	Description
Broker Name	The Broker name, followed by: Net or Gross (Commission).
Effective Date	The effective date based on report selection.
Applies To	Indicates if the commission applies to: Premium and Fees Premium only Fees only
Method	The basis to use in calculating the commission amount. Options are: Percent of Agency Commission Percent of Premium/Fees Flat Rate
%/Amount	The percentage amount of the commission method.
Transaction	The transaction associated with the commission: All, New Business, Renewal or Rewrite.
Line of Business	Commission applied to All lines of business or specific lines of business.
Writing Company	The specific writing company associated with the commission.
Plan	The plan associated with the commission and line of business, if applicable.

CSV Columns

CSV Columns	Description
Broker	The broker name .
EffDate	The effective date of commissions based on report selection. .
Method	% of Agency Commission, % of Premium/Fees, or Flat Rate.
%	The percentage of the applicable commission method.
Amount	The amount of commission based on the percentage and method.
Transaction	The type of transaction associated with commission.
Line of Business	The Line of Business associated to the commission, or All lines of business.
Parent	The Parent Company associated with the commission..
Writing	The Writing Company associated with the commission..
Plan	The Plan associated with the commission (if applicable) .
Net	Y or N .
Status	Active or Inactive
