Report: Certificate Holders
The Certificate Holders report is a listing of all individuals and companies (names and addresses), for whom certificates were created. You can run this report at renewal When you renew the policy, run this report to determine if the certificate holders on the current policy also need a certificate for the renewal.
The Certificate Holders report is also available as a Quick Report from the sidebar menu on the Customer Center. When accessed as a quick report, the report includes certificates have been created for the last year. No report selection form appears. The report automatically generates when you select the report from the menu.
Access this report by either of the following methods:
- Select a customer in the Customer Center, then select the report from the Quick Reports menu in the sidebar. The report is generated automatically and includes certificates issued in the last year.
- On the 360Toolbox menu, click Classic Reports to open Reports - All where you can make your selection.
Report selections are not available when this report is accessed as a quick report from the Customer Center. To select option, access the report from the Global Actions menu.

Report Fields | Description |

Customer Name | The Customer name. If both a firm name and a last name exist, the firm name appears first, followed by the DBA name, and then the last name, first name. |
Certificate Number/ Description | The certificate number and description entered when the certificate was created. |
Certificate Holder | The certificate holder's name. |
Contact | The certificate holder's contact. |
Address | The certificate holder's address. |
City | The certificate holder's city, state, and zip. |
Fax Number | The certificate holder's fax number. |
The certificate holder's email address. | |
Description of Operations/Special Conditions | The description of operations entered and marked to print on the certificate holder. |

# of Days notice | The number of days a cancellation notice was entered for the holder. |
