Report: Unreplaced Binders
The Unreplaced Binders report identifies binder transactions that have been billed but are not associated with a replace binder transaction. AMS360 provides the following binder transactions:
- Binder New Business (BNB)
- Binder Endorsement (BPC)
- Binder Renewal (BRW)
The Unreplaced Binders report should be run at least once per month, before the end of the month, to make sure that all binders for which policy documents have been received, are properly replaced. This ensures that appropriate accounting records are moved from binder to actual accounting. |
Access this report in one of two ways:
- Select from Quick Reports in the and Financial Center sidebar.
- On the 360Toolbox menu, click Classic Reports to open Reports - All where you can make your selection.
Either method opens the Report - Unreplaced Binders selection form.

Policy Type | LOB, BOP, Monoline or Package. Monoline is replaced by the first entered Line of Business when LOB's are added to the policy. |
