AgencyOne Experience
Overview
In 2026, AMS360 will migrate from using legacy Winforms and Angular Pages to a fully React user interface, titled "The AgencyOne Experience." This migration addresses long-standing technical debt, ensures User Interface (UI) consistency, and improves performance, all while retaining existing functionality. This migration will leverage Alloy UX components to create a consistent, intuitive experience across AMS360, designed to reduce a user's cognitive load and deliver a system that is faster, modern, and fully scalable.
As a result, the AMS360 user will enjoy an updated, modern look that possesses the same functionality as in the previous presentation, alongside areas where functionality has been improved.
Changes Across ALL Centers
Complete Center deployments will occur incrementally. However, there will be a few changes that users will see across all the centers, once they are deployed. For now, these changes are visible only within the New UI experience that is part of our initial Center deployment, "Admin Center."
Here are some of the improvements you will experience:
-
A cleaner, more modern interface
-
No Winforms; instead, workflows will continue on a single screen
-
Improved searching and filtering functionality
-
Left-side navigation names updated for conciseness
-
More export capabilities on grids
-
Errors and Notices popping up in the lower left side of the screen
-
"Edit" and "Delete" in grid
-
An "Actions" drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of each grid
-
Grids will default to 10 rows, but can be adjusted
-
The ability to pin sections and sub-sections in the left navigation menu
For more specific information, please review the full set of updates. If no changes have been specifically called out at the section or sub-section level, you should assume that these elements are operating per their original functionality.
Alerts / Notices
-
Improved notices / alerts will appear at the top of the page , and a temporary notice will be displayed in the lower right corner.
