Video: How to Delete a Policy in AMS360
If a policy was entered in error or you want to remove the policy for any reason, you can delete it. A policy can only be deleted if it doesn't have accounting transactions associated with it and it is not a benefits policy.
If the policy was entered for the wrong customer, we suggest copying the policy to the right customer before deleting the original one. |
