AMS360 Video: How to create a Target List in AMS360
This video shows how to create a basic Target List in AMS360. You can create a Target List of customers with common criteria such as account exec, Zip Code, policy type, line of business, company, birth date, etc. Use the list with Form Letters to create mailing labels or send a letter to the group of customers.
