Subsidiary Aged Ledger Report
Data Source: Uses Current AMS360 Database
The Subsidiary Aged Ledger report provides an aged itemized list of entries for certain AMS360 system accounts by subledger. Use this report to view all the details regarding your business transactions and financial accounts. When you create the report, you can choose custom aging categories.
The benefit of using My Agency Reports to run your Subsidiary Aged Ledger is that you can create it once and then sort, filter, and create different Summary Views from the same data.

The Detail View is sorted by GL Number and Subledger Name by default. You can filter and sort the information once you open the report.
- You can add summary views by clicking + Add Summary View.

Aging is based on the later of invoice or effective date.
