Download Direct Bill Statement Report
The Download Direct Bill Statement report lists all direct bill company statement transactions for the selected date(s). Only transactions accepted (processed and merged) for the downloaded statement are stored in the AMS360 database. Therefore the report may not have all the transactions that were originally downloaded by the company.
This report is equivalent to the AMS360 Classic Report of the same name with some additional features. These include:
- You can run the report for a range of dates and see all transactions in one report. You can then sort or filter by statement date or id.
- Create multiple Summary Views by company, line of business, plan, type of business, etc.
The report has two views: Detail and Overview (Default). You can add more Summary Views.

AMS360 version 2017 R1 adds the option to download a Direct Bill Statement for multiple divisions. Because of this, a new column, Statement Division, has been added that shows the division of the statement if it is not Multi-Division, or Multi if the Statement is Multi-Division. This column defaults as hidden. Use Hide/Show to show the column in the report. |
