Finance Company Net Balance Report
This report is a summary Finance CompanyAR report. It shows you what you owe Finance Companies and what they owe you. If your agency moves monies due finance companies to a liability account, use this report to find the amount to transfer.
To determine the amounts reported, My Agency Reports uses all in-effect invoices (based on later of invoice or effective date), receipts, journal entries, and disbursements for the "As of Date" you choose. No advanced or future invoices are included in this report.

This means if you enter a payment today and the invoice isn't effective until tomorrow and you run the report as of today, the payment is included, but the invoice is not. |
- The Detail View is sorted by Finance Companies. You can filter and sort the information once you open the report.
- The default Summary View, Finance Company Net Balance, is sorted by finance company and includes the balance as of the date you chose when you ran the report. Click a plus (+) icon to see the transactions included in the total.
- You can also add more summary views by clicking + Add Summary View.
