Analytics in your Inbox
With Analytics in your Inbox, agencies can now directly set up and schedule automated insight-based emails for their employees from within RiskMatch. Managers can now configure recipient groups, allowing them to send the right insights to the right account owners at the right time. In addition, managers can choose from four different email templates to ensure that their colleagues receive the appropriate insights regarding commission uplifts on upcoming renewals and related cross-sell opportunities.

In this section you will define the groups to which you wish to send renewal insights. These recipient groups will be used as a reference in the Automated Email Settings section.
Email Recipient Groups

In the RiskMatch Feature Finder, click on Email Recipient Groups under the Admin section.

To create a new group, click on Add New in the top right corner. In the Add New Email Recipient Group section create a Name and Description for your group.

Next, you will need to designate who is in your group under the Define Recipient Group Membership section.
Default Setting

The default is set to Division(s) & Role(s) and includes the Whole Company and All Roles. To change this, you have two options:

Edit the Divisions or Roles sections, or

Click on the Group membership is defined by drop-down and choose Selected Individuals.

Click on Edit next to either Divisions or Roles and a new side pane will open with options on the available recipients. For Divisions, you can choose multiple locations and even specific departments. In Roles, you can select specific recipients based on their role at the company. When you have your selections made, click on Apply Selection at the bottom. You will now see your changes reflected in the Group Membership chart.

Click on Save at the bottom of the page to save your recipient group.

Click on Edit next to Individuals and a new side pane will open with a search bar that will find the recipients you want to add. Start typing the name you are looking for and click on the recipient you want to add. After adding the names you want to include, click on Apply Selection. You will now see your changes reflected in the Group Membership chart.

Click on Save at the bottom of the page to save your recipient group.

In this section, you will define and schedule your automated emails that your recipient groups will receive.

In the RiskMatch Feature Finder, click on Automated Emails Settings under the Admin section.

To schedule a new automated email, click on Add New in the top right corner. A new side pane will open with options on the available settings for your automated email.

Click on the Recipients drop-down and you will now see the Email Recipient Groups you previously added. Select that group and begin to fill out the other fields.

Finally, when you have configured your email, turn the Status to On and click Save at the bottom.

You can come back to this page to edit your settings or disable the status if you need to stop sending the automated email for any reason.

*Market Average commissions is calculated from policies with the same product and 4-digit NAICS industry, starting in the last 18 months, with the correct commission % (0-50%). Policies placed via an Intermediary are excluded.

**Current Commission percentage is calculated from a division of the total commission, billed over the terms of the program’s policies, by total billed premium of the same policies.

***Potential Commission Increase is based on the difference between the current Commission, and the current Premium multiplied by the Market Average Commission Rate.
