VSSO for RiskMatch
With RiskMatch’s migration to Vertafore Single Sign-on (VSSO), you can now use the same email and password to log in to RiskMatch as you do AMS360 Online, Vertafore Agency Platform, PL Rating, SalesTrack, Client Portal, and TransactNOW. Check out the new login flows below for existing VSSO customers and customers needing to complete the setup for the first time.
If you have existing VSSO credentials, you should now use those same credentials to log in to RiskMatch.
- For VSSO-enabled users: On the new login screen the client will put in their email address and click Next, where they will then be prompted to enter in their password.
- For FSSO-enabled users: On the new login screen the client will put in their email address and click Next, where they will then be navigated to their company's enabled SSO service.
Note |
VSSO-enabled users will be able to update their passwords on the new password screen; however, FSSO-enabled users will have to update their passwords through their company's enabled SSO service. |

Change Password
-
RiskMatch will no longer send emails for new user creation or password changes, since these functions will now be handled by VSSO.
-
If you need to change an enabled user’s email address, please contact us at MyVertafore or call us at 1.800.444.4813, option 2 for Customer Support then option 4 for RiskMatch Support.
-
You will still be able to send a RiskMatch Welcome Email letting users know their account has been configured.
-
If the user does not have a VSSO account, an additional email will be sent from Ping including a link to create a VSSO password.
-
RiskMatch’s MFA process will be abandoned in favor of VSSO’s MFA. For those agencies using VSSO’s MFA today, your users will simply have to redo their MFA setup (setting up a phone number and/or email address for authentication) upon first-time login using VSSO credentials.
