Description

Revenue Drivers: What Happened Exportable File

The "What Happened Exportable File" is inclusive of Lost data, as a priority. This file presents the following information:

  • Includes the "Revenue Drivers Segment" in the final column.

  • If a policy has more than one RD segment, then Lost becomes the top priority.

  • If a policy is new or retained while also being transferred in, the result shows "transferred in."

  • The priority ranking is as follows: Lost-lost, lost, transferred out, transferred in, acquisition, non-renewable, Other, Cross Sell, Net Retained, New. ONLY for billed.

Cross Sell Report: DoB Listed

In the Cross Sell Report, the primary client’s date of birth has been added as a new column (derived from AMS), which offers additional producer information for quick cross-sell opportunities.

Market Rating Enhancements

You can now download a report to include only Selected Carriers. This feature provides end users with the ability to focus their carrier data ONLY to carriers they have selected on-screen, versus a complete carrier list, which oftentimes includes unwanted carrier information.

My Company Profile Enhancements

This feature creates reports based on the location from where they were exported.

  1. Export from Overview: Gives the overview in the PDF. Do not apply any filters.

  2. Export from Expertise: Provides only expertise information in the PDF. One MUST apply the filters from the expertise page

Expertise tab definitions: This element defines Top Level Carrier, Issuing Company, and Intermediary.

In the Expertise section: Bubbles have been added for the new filters (the bubbles that control the tree map)

  1. Rename Carrier to Top Carrier

  2. Add Issuing Company

  3. Add Intermediary

Admin Impersonation of Users

This feature allows RiskMatch Admins to Impersonate a user within their organization for the purpose of training or troubleshooting

Incremental Assembler for Data Refresh

All customers can now experience a significantly faster data-refresh rate. This improved process offers a 4x improvement rate, thereby reducing data refresh runs from an average of eight hours to only 45 minutes.
