RiskMatch 2025 R4 Release Notes

October 8, 2025

We are pleased to release RiskMatch 2025 R4. With each release, we are improving and updating RiskMatch to provide you with the best possible experience.

New Features & Enhancements

Feature or Enhancement

Description

P&C and Benefits Benchmarking Deep Link: External Agency Parameter

RiskMatch now features a "deep link" for P&C Benchmarking and Benefits Benchmarking for AgencyOne.

PolicyCheck API Enhancements

Users can now distinguish between policy types when using the PolicyCheck API.

P&C Benchmarking – API Enhancements: "policypercentile"

We have created a new field in P&C Benchmarking APIs that calculate in which percentile a current policy falls, when compared to similar policies.

Industry Classification API Enhancements

RiskMatch now includes an integrated Industry Classification API that leverages web search modeling data to improve the accuracy of industry classifier predictions.

Add “Clients with Cross Sell Recommendations” to Target Client Settings

Before exporting the Cross-Sell Report, the displayed values formerly included the total client count and total policy count, but they did not include the total cross-sell recommendation count. The UI now displays the following values: "Total Clients," "Total Policies," and "Total Clients with Cross Sell recommendations," plus the statement, “Clients without a cross-sell recommendation based on the selected filters will be excluded from the exported report.”

Market Ratings: Inability to See Full Rating Date (Expand Column)

The "Market Ratings" grid has been expanded so that the full rating date is visible.

Wholesale Opportunity Report Enhancements

  • All tabs now leverage the “Preferred Intermediary” field for YES/NO calculations.

  • All tabs apply via_intermediary=true filter.

  • On the Producer tab, “Carrier Name” is replaced with “PayTo Name” (non-top-level).

Alert Bell: Allow Messages to be Broker-Specific

The Alert Bell in the RiskMatch UI can now be used to add a message for a specific broker, rather than adding it to the entire RiskMatch platform.

Retention Prediction Model Changes

Previously, the "Retention Prediction" model took up to five days to process; performance improvements have reduced this timing to one day.

RiskMatch SSO Bypass for AgencyOne Insights

Users can now navigate from the RiskMatch UI directly to AgencyOne without having to re-authenticate via SSO.

Producer Commission Split: Column Update

Producer Commission Split (located in the policy details report) will now have individual columns for each producer, rather than listing them in the same column and separated by apostrophes.

Producer Splits Standard Report

Commission splits previously added to the Policy Details Report will now be a Standard Report, thereby allowing it to be a Broker-Specific Report.

Defects Fixed

Defect

Description

DNB Manual Call Skipping Clients with Old NAICS Value

The 2017 NAICS was skipped for a client, based on a historical check. This check is now skipped so that NAICS is updated to 2022 (the most recently available NAICS).

DQ Report Failing

The standardization of the DQ Report was failing due to increased duration, causing the report to "time out." This fix is expected to speed up large-report processing.

Departments Keep Loading in Broker Admin

Departments in the Admin menu were not loading, with users continuing to see the Loading menu. This issue no longer occurs.
